PVC Material – UV Guarantee

There is a 5-year guarantee on all our PVC material against yellowing, chalking, or fading due to UV damage. If this happens we will replace your product at no charge.

PVC Material – Breakage Guarantee

There is a 5-year warranty against breakage on all PVC Products under normal use and conditions. (This does exclude heavy equipment and transportation damage). Return the broken parts to Premier Equestrian and we will replace the broken part(s). If it is not possible to return just the broken pieces, send us a detailed photograph of the damage and we will send you a replacement item. The customer will be responsible for shipping costs of the replacement item.

Polyethylene (HDPE) Materials

There is a 5-year warranty for both UV damage and breakage under normal use and conditions. (This does exclude heavy equipment and transportation damage). Return the broken parts to Premier Equestrian and we will replace the broken part(s). If it is not possible to return just the broken pieces, send us a detailed photograph of the damage and we will send you a replacement item. The customer
wil be responsible for shipping costs of the replacement item.

Vinyl Lettering and adhesives

Adhesives on vinyl are guaranteed for 1 year, this includes Vinyl applications of letters, vinyl stripes, and material. Under normal use and normal exposure to UV.
