Return & Refund Policy
100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your products, for any reason, just return them to us within 30 days from the date of invoice. We will refund your money to the original form of payment, less initial shipping charges (when applicable), 5% restocking fee (when applicable), and the 3% merchant Credit Card fee* (when applicable).
If an order is cancelled or a refund is requested after shipping, you may be responsible for return shipping fees. If the product being returned requires cleaning or repair, we will ask you to pay for the work.
*Returns on international orders are subject to discretion. Installed footing is non-returnable. Footing bales on pallets are subject to discretion.

Payment
We accept all major credit cards, ACH, and wire transfers. Payment is required before shipping.
When will my order ship?
Our goal is to ship all orders within 7 days. Sometimes it does take longer. Some of our products are built to order. Larger orders may require additional time. Just ask about the current production schedule upon placing your order.
Shipping
We rely on a variety of freight carriers from FedEx Ground to LTL to full truck loads, depending upon the size of your order. Footing products will generally require equipment for unloading. Many of our products include free shipping in the contiguous U.S. For those products that don’t we have excellent shipping rates and will get you the lowest freight price possible for the product you order. NOTICE: If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your email with tracking, please contact us at info@vantage-equestrian.com and we will investigate.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving the email and you have not notified us, we cannot help you recover your lost shipment.
Cancellation
You may cancel your order at anytime prior to shipping. There will be a 5% restocking fee, if you cancel prior to shipping (this covers our handling costs). If you decide to cancel after your order has been shipped, you will be responsible for all shipping charges, the 3% merchant Credit Card fee, and the 5% restocking fee.
Sales and Discounts
Sales and discounts must be applied at time of purchase. Proof of membership will be required for membership discounts. Sales tax, shipping & handling do not qualify for discounts. Offers are not valid toward previous purchase(s) and can’t be combined with other coupons, discounts, offers, or promotions. Discounts are not valid on “Sale” or “Clearance” items.
