Returns & Refunds Policy

This policy outlines the conditions under which Vantage Equestrian products may be returned or refunded. Our goal is to provide clarity, fairness, and transparency while maintaining the quality and integrity of our products.

Arena Footing (Synthetic Additive Bales)

Arena footing bales may be returned under the following conditions:

  • Bales must be unopened and in original condition.
    Opened or partially used bales cannot be accepted for return.

  • Customer is responsible for all return freight costs.
    Freight must be arranged and paid by the customer.

  • A restocking fee of $15 per bale applies.
    This covers warehouse handling, inspection, and re‑palletizing.

  • Returns are only accepted within 90 days of delivery.
    After 90 days, footing materials are no longer eligible for return due to storage, environmental exposure, and batch‑tracking requirements.

Refunds will be issued once returned materials are received, inspected, and verified to be in acceptable condition.

Arena Groomers

Arena groomers include a 14‑day money‑back guarantee from the date of delivery.

  • Customer is responsible for return freight.
    Groomers must be returned in clean, undamaged condition.

  • A 5% restocking fee applies.
    This covers inspection, processing, and administrative handling.

Refunds are processed after the groomer is received and inspected. Damage, excessive wear, or missing components may reduce the refundable amount.

Non‑Returnable Items

  • Custom‑built or custom‑configured equipment

  • Special‑order items

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or inadequate storage

  • Items returned without prior authorization

How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, please contact our team at info@vantage-equestrian.com with:

  • Order number

  • Product(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

We will provide return authorization and instructions for shipping.
